Today a hawk got a tasty meal right at the back steps of the building I work in. Looks like it got a nice fat pigeon…

I went back later, and he was protecting his meal from another bird that was watching him from the tree.
And a little while later, all that’s left is bones, feathers, and bird seed. Yes, the pigeon must have had a meal right before returning the favor…
